Beyond the Black

A Pulp Playdate Playjam 3 game. Beyond the Black is a space shmup.

Ended up just barely getting the structure in place because I started the jam late, so there is currently only one very short level. Also, I know the FPS is horrible on device. 

Edit: Turns out the game crashed on device. RIP

Controls:

A to shoot
Dpad to move
Crank when special meter is full to use a special attack

B can also disable the starfield during gameplay for a small FPS increase.
